Perhaps it’s to compensate for the fact that Bond 25 has been delayed for quite some time, perhaps I’m just being too nitpicky – which certainly wouldn’t be a first in the realm of pop culture – but it seems like No Time To Die has a new trailer that reveals a little too much. To the point where it almost feels like a spoiler in itself.

Though I could be completely wrong – which also certainly wouldn’t be a first in the realm of… life in general – and Daniel Craig’s final instalment as 007 is so action-packed, it can spare all this footage to entice the masses. Footage I’ll stop imposing my own opinion about to whoever’s still reading at this point, and let you form an independent judgement call.

This second trailer includes a few key shots which have already been teased in the first, with a whole lot of never-before-seen additional footage. Bookended by what is essentially the same pro-gamer-move Craig’s Bond uses on two separate hostiles – a move so slick, it apparently deserved to be given screentime twice – there’s a lot to unpack here.

We get a better look at main villain Safin (Rami Malek), scarred mug and all, the involvement of CIA operative Felix Leiter (Jeffrey Wright), both Nomi / the new 00 on the block (Lashana Lynch) and Paloma (Ana de Armas) in adrenaline-pumping action, as well as the larger evil plot at hand to “tidy” the world, potentially leaving “nothing left to save”.

No Time To Die has been directed by Cary Fukunaga, co-written between Fukunaga himself, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, as well as Neal Purvis and Robert Wade. As for the release date, for the time being – knock on wood – it’ll hit cinemas in the UK and Australia on November 12th of this year and November 20th for the US.
