Marvel are playing up the hype for their revival of the Spiderman character in his first stand alone outing in their cinematic universe.
If you just can’t wait until its theatrical release tomorrow, above you’ll be able to watch the first four minutes of the highly anticipated film. This isn’t a completely pointless marketing play by Sony and Marvel, as the first four minutes of the movie are actually a short film made by Peter Parker himself. The opening scenes are a comical and entertaining behind-the-scenes recap of his role in Captain America: Civil War.
Spiderman: Homecoming is the third individual retelling of the story in fifteen years, and tomorrow audiences will be able to decide for themselves if this new direction is a successful one.
