Hollywood’s most prolific bromance has inked a brand new chapter as Brad Pitt and George Clooney come together for Jon Watts’ Wolfs.
Sharing a screen for the first time since the Ocean’s Trilogy (and technically speaking, Burn After Reading), this forthcoming action comedy involves two professional fixers who find themselves hired for the same job. Forced to work together in that classic begrudging buddy dynamic in the face of chaos, as expected, shenanigans ensue.

In addition to lending their dramatic talents, George Clooney and Brad Pitt have also agreed to produce — the former through Smokehouse Pictures and the latter through his own company Plan B Entertainment.
Earlier reports suggest both actors have received “big paydays” around the eight-figure benchmark ($20 million or higher, writes The Hollywood Reporter). Understandably so, considering the boardroom suits are probably hoping to recapture lightning in a bottle, and potentially cash in on the same franchise magic established by Ocean’s 11.

The perenially charming duo are joined by Austin Abrams, Amy Ryan, and Poorna Jagannathan. Wolfs has been written, directed, and also produced by Jon Watts — best known for Marvel’s Spider-Man trilogy starring Tom Holland — with cinematography accomplished by Larkin Seiple (Swiss Army Man, Everything Everywhere All At Once).
As for a release date, it hits theatres on September 20th, 2024 — check out the Wolfs trailer above.
