One little known benefit of being an American Express cardholder is access to their entertainment lounges at Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena and First State Super Theatre, as well as the Brisbane Entertainment centre.
The lounge at Qudos Bank Arena recently underwent a big refresh and the result is a stunning place to relax before a concert or sporting game. To gain entry to the American Express Lounge at Qudos Bank Arena, all you need to do is show your American Express Card – any card will do (although we’re pretty sure Platinum & Centurion cardholders get priority entry) – it’s as simple as that.
Once inside there’s a range of different seating areas, all of which are close to the bar and open kitchen, where you can order drinks and nibbles (menu here). Regular cardholders can bring up to 3 guests in, while the aforementioned Platinum & Centurion holders can invite up to 5.
