— Updated on 30 July 2021

Australia’s latest edition to the festival circuit, DRIP World, has delivered the goods with the announcement of its awesome first lineup, headlined by ‘Unforgettable’ rapper French Montana.

Festival organisers have released the names of the first six artists set to perform at the event, with multi-platinum selling Montana leading the way. The Moroccan born rapper will be joined by young hip-hop superstar Lil’ Skies and trap-inspired party starter Comethazine.

Along with these three international acts, DRIP World has added three local acts to the bill, with RnB artist Amarni and Triple J Unearthed rappers Ay Huncho and Sophiya all featuring. More artists will be announced in the coming weeks.

Lui Spedaliere Promoter and CEO, Yellow Live, which is producing the DRIP World festival, said, “We are so excited about our debut and the launch one of the hottest hip hop festivals Australia will ever see. Hip hop and Urban music are the most popular and fastest growing genres of music and Australia deserves to experience the world’s biggest stars and the hottest new talent locally and internationally.”
