The cult-like hype surrounding the return of Perth drum & bass outfit Pendulum has been somewhat relieved.
By somewhat, we’re of course referring to the lack of a full live show from the band, the return of which was teased late last year on social media.
This will do for now, however, with a string of dates along the east coast of Australia and a few lucky regional cities, confirmed for late July. Pendulum member DJ El Hornet will be dropping a selection of classic tracks from the band, and long time fans are hopeful we’ll get a taste of any new creations the group has been cooking up.
As far as we’re concerned, as long as they drop their remix of the ABC News’ theme tune, we’d pay to see it.
