Binge has formally announced they’re on the hunt for hitter-and-quitters who are solely capable of texting back between the hours of 1 AM and 4 AM to be contestants on FBOY Island Australia.
For the uninitiated, the premise of this dating show is simple. Three women move to the titular FBoy Island, a tropical paradise where they’re joined by 24 men: 12 self-proclaimed “Nice Guys” looking for love and 12 self-proclaimed “FBoys” — the latter of whom are only there to compete for the cash prize. The twist? The women have no clue who is genuine and who is simply playing for keeps.
The domestic iteration of HBO’s hit reality format has already tapped radio host, podcaster, and former reality star Abbie Chatfield to host the forthcoming shenanigans.

“I am so excited to be hosting FBOY Island Australia in 2023,” said Abbie Chatfield of the FBOY Island Australia’s 10-episode debut season.
“And can’t wait to work on a dating show that encourages women to work together and support each other in the pursuit of finding love, and separating those charming FBoys from the lovely nice guys.”
Binge Executive Director Alison Hurbert-Burns added: “We are thrilled to announce that Abbie Chatfield will be hosting FBOY Island Australia, and are looking forward to bringing BINGE viewers this exciting new dating show in 2023, adding to our slate of the world’s best reality shows.”

“Abbie is a bright talent who is making waves in the media and entertainment industry with her electric personality and unfiltered opinions and will be a great addition to the show.”
While FBoys are the name of the game here, casting is also open to the so-called “Nice Guys” as well as the single ladies keen to sort the good from the god awful on internationally streamed television.
