This coming October, Stella Artois, the naming rights sponsor of the Caulfield Cup, will celebrate Victoria’s Spring Racing Season by activating Vue de Monde, trackside, at Caulfield.
BH travelled to Melbourne for an exclusive preview of the Caulfield menu, atop Rialto Tower, hosted by Stella Artois and Shannon Bennett. Bennett and his team created a six-course tasting menu, championing the very best of Australian produce.
Highlights included Oysters & Lemon Myrtle alongside Black Truffle Doughnuts to kick things off, with Crab & Tarragon Hot Dogs, Marron Seafood Bisque, Sea Parsley Sorbet to follow and a stunning piece of David Blackmore Wagyu Beef to finish. A wonderful toasted marshmallow, hiding a mouthful of ice cream and a dessert station offering 8 scrummy selections capped off a decadent feast.
The final menu, featuring the best dishes of the day, will be replicated for all guests in the Stella Artois Marquee at Caulfield Cup on Saturday 19th October. Now you just need to get yourself on the list!
