While Steph Curry isn’t exactly known for his chip shot, Under Armour is once again collaborating with the NBA superstar for the Under Armour Range Unlimited Golf Collection 2020 – an entire array of clothing and apparel designed to help you look and play better on the fairway. The standout item? A 2020 edition of the Under Armour Curry 6 SL Golf Shoes.
This basketball-inspired footwear features an improved, spikeless UA Golf Rotational Resistance TPU outsole which helps golfers “… leverage the ground to power through their swing and prevent slippage for maximum control and stability.” Meaning traction should never be an issue with these on your feet.
Details regarding the Under Armour Curry 6 SL Golf Shoes’ 2020 iteration may currently be sparse. But if the new Steph Curry Under Armour Golf Shoes are anything like its predecessor – and just based on a visual guesstimate – an ultra-comfortable fully knit upper, ultra-breathable anti-microbial Ortholite X40 sockliner, as well as a lightweight/responsive midsole may very well be present.
“Golf obviously isn’t my day job, but it’s definitely one of my passions,” says the Golden State Warrior point guard/shooting guard.
“I can be competitive, obsessing over my swing or my short game, but have a lot of fun at the same time… I really enjoy bringing the same focus I dedicate on the basketball court over to the golf course.”
