After over a decade in the digital publishing game, we’ve been named 2024 Mumbrella Publication of the Year — after just one issue of our newly launched B.H. Magazine. You can pre-order Volume 2 here.
Presented by industry veteran Fergus Stoddart, the fiercely contested category also featured the following shortlisted publications:
- The Local Project
- We Are Explorers
- Women’s Agenda by Agenda Media
- News Corp’s Stellar Magazine
“To receive this recognition from such an experienced and diverse jury, for a brand new product, further validates the effort and passion the team has invested in B.H. Magazine,” said Editor-in-Chief James Want.
“We knew there was genuine excitement in the market about our magazine, and this award confirms that.”
Back in July, following the success of Volume 1, we announced that B.H. Magazine would move to a quarterly release schedule in 2025.
The debut issue featured interviews with everyone from Scuderia Ferrari F1 driver Charles Leclerc and Aussie acting legend Joel Edgerton to “million-mile man” Mr Fred Finn; along with insightful features on Australia’s craft beer landscape, Japan’s cinematic underground car scene, and the sartorial legacy of The Talented Mr Ripley (1999).
Volume 2 is now available to pre-order, and will commence shipping on Oct 30 and hit newsagents and airport lounges in the first week of November. And as for Volume 3, keep an eye out for that tidy launch come February 6th, 2025.
How bloody good.
