An Auckland man lived every punter’s dream by successfully picking the first-half scores of eight European football matches. He’s turned a mere $20 NZD into a life-changing $210,000 NZD.
With odds well over 10,000 to one, the mystery punter needed more than one miracle – and he got all eight of them. According to Fox Sports, the man who has chosen to remain anonymous said:

As the first half of this game finished up 0-0 (as he had hoped it would), the punter turned his attention to the waning moments of the first half of Tottenham v. Chelsea.
