One Sydney Harbour, the three-tower luxury Lendlease development in the CBD’s Barangaroo precinct, has just unveiled its breathtaking ‘Skyhome’ penthouses.
The project is a creative union of internationally acclaimed and Pritzker award-winning architect, Renzo Piano, alongside interior designer Daniel Goldberg, top dog of global design firm State of Craft.
One Sydney Harbour made headlines last year for Australia’s most expensive residence, having sold its premiere penthouse at over $140 million. Now, the stage has been set for the reveal of the Skyhomes atop of the ‘Residences Two’ building.
Each penthouse spans a full floor and ranges from 540-670 square metres with 3-metre high ceilings throughout.
The Skyhomes will boast rooftop terraces with entertaining spaces and swimming pools, with access is provided via a private lift lobby. The aspect of the terraces and accompanying living spaces have been designed with the city’s changing natural light in mind, as well as being optimised for unparalleled panoramic views of the Harbour City.
