A Moët Vending Machine Has Landed In Australia

Champagne vending machines are a thing. Scrap the Snickers Bar and crack into a bottle of Moët and Chandon.

Moët & Chandon have really delivered the goods this time so scrap the Snickers Bar and crack into a bottle of perfectly chilled bubbly because a Moët vending machine has finally arrived in Australia.

The Star Gold Coast’s Garden Kitchen & Bar is the first location to dispense these little bottles of liquid gold, with the machine holding 494 miniature bottles, each selling for $29 a 'pop'.

It’s normal to expect frustration from a vending machine. You either lose your money or even worse, your chocolate bar gets stuck. To ensure this doesn't happen with the Moët vending machine, a ‘gold token’ is purchased from the bar and fed into the machine, then, a golden robotic arm stylishly delivers the champagne.

We're looking forward to more of these machines appearing across Australia - our only gripe for the moment is that they're not vending magnums (which must surely be on the horizon pre-Spring Carnival).

Oh, and while we've got you here - it's pronounced 'mo wett'.
