For many Australians (specifically those living within a 5km radius of Double Bay), the word Rosé means only one label: AIX. This summer, Sydney’s preferred Provençal drop — which featured on our list of best Rosé wines — will reside at Centennial Homestead as the two brands launch their ‘Rosé & Croquet’ activation, offering a variety of large format bottles that would make Frank Green sweat.
Situated within Centennial Park, the venue promises the ultimate garden party, with an abundance of rosé on offer as well as complimentary mini croquet kits for patrons to enjoy. The activation will see the already expansive outdoor seating area extended with additional seating, picnic blankets, and umbrellas to pair with picnic boards of the finest cheeses and cured meats.

Glasses of AIX will be priced at $16, standard bottles at $75 and magnums at $140. However, the real party arrives in the momentous Jeroboam format (AKA double magnum AKA 3L) priced at $250, representing excellent value, just north of its retail price.
The Rosé & Croquet activation will run through to December 31st of 2023, and operating hours are Wednesday to Sunday, from 12 PM — 5 PM, coinciding with the venue’s closing hours. Hit the link below for details and booking enquiries.
