Less than a year after best-selling food writer, television personality, and dream woman to millions of adoring fans graced our sunburnt shores for the 2022 Melbourne Food Festival, Nigella Lawson is returning to Australia for a series of live shows.
Dubbed An Evening with Nigella Lawson, this tour of the country’s east coast represents a rare opportunity to learn about her philosophy when it comes to the culinary arts – “the rhythms and rituals of her kitchen,” according to the official event description – as well as being treated with the odd anecdote in what promises to be an intimate setting.
“Live in conversation, Nigella will explore cooking as a personal, intuitive and connecting process; how one meal leads to another, and how one ingredient can spawn a multitude of ideas and recipes. Whether asking ‘What Is A Recipe?’ or making ‘A Loving Defence of Brown Food,’ Nigella’s wisdom about food and life comes to the fore.”
