There are few things as inevitable as an In-N-Out pop-up in Australia causing mass chaos and snaking queues. And yet, here we are once again. Sydney had its turn last year in June when the famed American burger chain popped up in Darlinghurst, now it seems 2023 is Melbourne’s year. For today only, from 9 AM – 3 PM, In-N-Out will be setting up shop as a Melbourne pop-up at St Kilda’s Newmarket Hotel.

The news was announced by Australian burger authority Jimmy’s Burgers, better known as James Hurlston, the owner of one of Melbourne’s finest burger shops, Easey’s. He popped up the news on his personal Instagram account earlier today, priming Melbourne locals for the burger-induced hysteria that is about to go down.

Other than that, there’s not much that’s any different this time around. The In-N-Out pop-up menu will feature the chain’s signature double-double, animal style and protein-style burgers. Limited quantities are available and this will 100% sell out, most likely before the 3 PM close time.

Run, don’t walk to Newmarket Hotel, located at 34 Inkerman St, St Kilda VIC 3182.
