Talk about a “power lunch.”
Available from every Wednesday to Friday — between the hours of 12 PM and 3 PM — Nobu at Crown Sydney is now offering an exclusive promo that allows diners to experience the breadth of the globally renowned high-end Japanese chain’s menu.

Entitled Gochiso (“feast”), this new all-you-can-eat extravaganza puts Nobu’s signature 10-metre-long sushi counter to good use by presenting diners with a range of sushi, sashimi, ceviche, and plenty more.
A really great option for an elongated end-of-week lunch — especially if you happen to be one of those power-broking types whose offices are located in Barangaroo — this $95-per-head promo arrives in the wake of similar initiatives currently happening all across central Sydney.
Those include the recent $120 lunch menu at Aria or Shell House’s $35 wine & pasta combo, to name a few.

What gives? Likely rising food costs and a unilateral tightening of belts in the run-up to Christmas.
Extra-famished diners beware, though. Contrary to what a handful of other media outlets have reported, Nobu Sydney’s $95 buffet-style deal does not extend to the brand’s venerable hot dishes such as miso black cod ($65) or tiger prawn tempura ($36).
For that, you’ll still be forking out from the à la carte menu.
