Big-ticket restaurant residences seem to be loving Sydney as of late. We already know that three-Michelin-star British restaurant L’Enclume is coming to the city and acclaimed French restaurant Mirazur just wrapped up a temporary stint at Pier One Sydney Harbour. Now Gordon Ramsay is joining the trend, exclusively bringing his eponymous three-Michelin-star Restaurant Gordon Ramsay for a three-night pop-up at Circular Quay in the second week of May.

Hosted at Matt Moran’s Aria, opposite the Opera House, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay Sydney will be focused by the long-standing relationship between Moran, Ramsay and chef Matt Abe, who began his career at Aria and is currently serving as the chef patron of Ramsay’s restaurant. Together, they have put together a 7-course menu that’ll be served exclusively on Monday, May 8 through to Wednesday, May 10.

Some of the signature dishes from Restaurant Gordon Ramsay will be recreated using Australian produce instead of British ingredients, expressed via dishes like shellfish ravioli and the kitchen’s famed pecan praline dessert. Aria’s award-winning wine list will be open all night as well so diners may want to bump up to the curated wine pairing to get the most out of the three-night residency.

The 7-course set menu at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay Sydney is priced at $495 with an optional wine pairing add-on for $295. Bookings are necessary and open at 10 AM on Thursday, April 13.
