After recently copping a new office space in the heart of the Sydney CBD, we at Boss Hunting have been to keen to find a couple of options for after (or during) work drinks. So it was a pleasant surprise to find out that a versatile option exists right around the corner, at Rockpool’s Rosetta Restaurant. A perfect mix of business and pleasure, the venue provides the goods with its epic location in Circular Quay.
Whilst also housing a spectacular restaurant, the main attraction for us is Rosetta’s brand new Aperitivo Hour on its stunning rooftop terrace bar. Bringing together a typical Italian finish to the day, antipasti are paired with some delicious Aperol, Negroni, Peroni, Proseccos or Espresso Martini selections. Best of all, these classics are all priced at $10 every weekday from 3pm – 6pm, meaning that a decent buzz is easily achievable.
A particular highlight, apart from the price, is the spritz collection. As well as the standard Aperol Spritz, Rosetta boasts 16 other spritzes on their drinks menu including the unique Red Okar, which incorporates Okar (a locally distilled spirit), and a refreshing mandarin liqueur version. These, however, aren’t included in the Aperitivo Hour selection but are well worth a try.
So definitely get down to Rosetta Restaurant ASAP to get your nightly fix.
