Every week, Boss Hunting’s editors spend far too much time scouring the web: in search of the coolest gear, food & drink deals, and destinations worth trekking to across the globe.
In this week’s edition of Good Finds, we’ve got wine keys (designed by a world-famous sommelier), boutique Aussie perfumery, Amazon’s adaptation of a beloved Aussie novel and more.

Craighill ‘Best’ Wine Key
A recommendation from BH‘s man in Ho Chi Minh, Craighill’s brazenly named ‘best’ wine key has been designed with feedback from André Hueston Mack (a.k.a. YouTube’s most famous sommelier).
Available in three colours (all with the option of a custom engraving) the big selling point here is iterative improvement.
Yes, it’s basically the same wine key with which most oenophiles are acquainted; but the ratcheting arm can be locked in position – for easier cork extractions – while the foldable blade has been forged with a much narrower edge. Great for the sort of finicky foil you’ll find on imported wine bottles.
Inque Desert Blanche Eau de Parfum
A remarkably well-priced recommendation by independent Aussie perfumer Inque, from BH Editor-in-Chief James Want. Interestingly, the overall scent profile includes at least one citrus, wood and gourmand ingredient (e.g. bergamot, cedarwood, tonka).
“There’s a warm and sensual spice to Desert Blanche that will suit autumn evenings,” writes James. “[My wife] Karlie and I both wear it, and without fail, she always receives compliments on the scent from other women.”
“Having worn it on a number of occasions, I think it definitely skews feminine; yet absolutely still works for bloke who are looking to soften their olfactory appeal.”
Reebok Club C 85 ’40th Anniversary’
This year, Reebok is celebrating the 40th anniversary of the C 85 – its classic white tennis sneaker, which has enjoyed a cult-y multi-decade following.
While we can probably expect the American sportswear outfit to drop a few more limited editions as the year progresses, the latest commemorative drop consists of two ’40th-anniversary’ colourways.
Available with either navy or green accents, what you can otherwise expect is a rock-solid daily trainer: decked out in fully leather uppers and the brand’s throwback ‘Starcrest’ logo.
The Narrow Road to the Deep North (Streaming April 18th)
After a critically acclaimed two-episode premiere at the 75th Berlinale, Amazon Prime has announced The Narrow Road to the Deep North is coming to streaming in early April.
An adaptation of Richard Flanagan’s Man Booker prize-winning novel of the same name, it centers on a taciturn doctor and survivor of the Burma Death Railway: played, in two separate timelines, by Jacob Elordi (Euphoria) and Ciarán Hinds (Game of Thrones).
Flanagan’s work has been adapted, in five parts, for the small screen by Justin Kurzel: a fellow Australian director – best known for grim, acid-dipped crime dramas including Snowtown and The Order.
Odessa Young, Olivia DeJonge, Simon Baker and Show Kasamatsu (of Tokyo Vice fame) co-star.
The Macallan Harmony Collection ‘Vibrant Oak’
Part of The Macallan’s long-running Harmony Collection (a ‘buy now, drink now’ range known for eco-friendly packaging), ‘Vibrant Oak’ boasts another novelty in the form of the involvement of Cirque du Soleil. The Canadian circus troupe helped to conceive this single malt whisky bottle’s labeling: embodied in the smiling sun logo.
As for tasting notes: this release is matured in a mixture of first-fill American oak and refilled sherry casks, weaving together a profile of shortbread, apple, and toasted coconut flavours with a sweet finish.Â
