Not all of Sydney’s best homes have incredible views of the harbour or ocean, but the ones with million-dollar views are always amongst the most spectacular in the city. One such property is 10/7 Banksia Road, Bellevue Hill, which not only enjoys an immaculate vista over Bondi Beach but also backs directly onto the picturesque hilltop from which the suburb gets its name.
A newly completed build, 10/7 Banksia Road, Bellevue Hill, has been thoughtfully designed to make the most of its relatively narrow block, while also capitalising on its captivating position atop Bellevue Hill. The colossal 805m² floor plan spans three levels and is essentially split into two distinct structures, with a large alfresco dining area and pool between them, and each “wing” respectively enjoying twin ocean-facing terraces or twin rooftop gardens.
All counted the home contains a total of seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, with underground parking for four cars. The main entrance level (level five in the building complex), features four of those bedrooms including the master suite (boasting a walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with massage room, private balcony, and separate terrace), as well as the pool and a possible fifth bedroom or pool room.

Accessed via stairs or the lift, the upper level is where you’ll find the very nicely appointed kitchen — complete with marble benchtops and a dining table, as well as SubZero fridges — and an enormous living and dining area. Beyond the living area is where you’ll find the second ocean-facing terrace. Overlooking the pool in the opposite direction is a view of the adjacent rooftop garden above the pool room.
As far as floor plans go, it’s one of the better thought-out I’ve seen in recent months and one that makes the absolute most of the location of 10/7 Banksia Road, Bellevue Hill. It’s currently on the market with the team at BresicWhitney, with data from Domain suggesting a $17 million price guide. It’s a lot of money, but when you consider the footprint of the home, its potential for entertaining and the views on offer, it’s far from outrageous.
