The hotel, which takes up much of the lower section of the skyscraper, includes facilities a Soul Cycle studio and several indoor swimming pools.
If that wasn’t enough, the building itself offers access to its own gym, boardroom, private theatre, stretching/yoga studio, and even a meditation room. You name it – and you’ll probably be able to find it without needing to leave the building.
According to Corcoran, one of the real estate firms responsible for the listing, the annual body-corporate fees will total more than $45,000 a year (US$33,555), which seems reasonable for what you’re getting.
