Listed for sale last week is 40 Blue Seas Parade, an absolutely bonkers mansion complete with limitless views of the Pacific Ocean, and all the trimmings you’d expect for the $25 million asking price.
Sure, it’s a fair chunk of change, but you’re getting a lot for your money, especially if you appreciate a good view when you see one. As you’d expect for such a grand home, it arrives with a price tag to match, but with what the compound has to offer, you’re essentially buying one of the most compelling properties available on the market.
