Aston Martin isn’t the only luxury automaker getting into the real estate game, with Bentley Residences in Miami (a debut project by the British automotive brand) offering clients a spot in the 61-storey tower overlooking the waters of Biscayne Bay. While the location and view are worth their weight in gold alone, the automotive enthusiast’s jewel in this Florida crown is the remarkable car lift that allows residents to arrive at their soaring apartment without having to get out of their vehicles.
Luxury living is taken to the extreme at the Miami Bentley Residences, designed in a three-way partnership between Bentley, Sieger Suarez Architects, and Dezer Development to create the skyscraper that features a stunning gym, cinema, games room with driving and golf simulators and much more. The car lift, known as the Dezervator was originally conceived by the architecture studio, before being brought to life by Dezer Developments and allows the residents to access their three or four-car garages directly from one of four lifts that travel up the building to every level.
It’s a pretty wild feature to have in an apartment building, but if you’re looking to park your Continental or Flying Spur close by, it doesn’t get much closer than your own above-ground, EV charging station-fitted garage that opens directly into your home. While the Bentley Residences project in Miami is yet to get underway, it’s expected to be completed by 2026.
