While Sylvester Stallone is best known as a machine gun-wielding action hero, it turns out the Hollywood actor enjoys his time on horseback more than most and owns an equestrian-themed estate in Hidden Hills. All good things must come to an end, however, and his property at 24304 Little Valley Rd, Hidden Hills, has just hit the market for US$22.5 million (AU$33.8 million), boasting a private horse training ring, stables and more.
The suburb of Hidden Hills is a gated community just over half an hour from the heart of LA, nestled in the foothills to LA’s west and the home of some of the city’s most famous people. Despite its modest population of fewer than 1,800 people, the combined net worth of Hidden Hills would be a fascinating figure to know considering it has counted the Kardashian and Osbourne families, as well as Madonna, Will Smith, Lil Wayne, Drake and dozens of other household names more among its residents.
The estate belonging to Sylvester Stallone was originally built back in 2015 and occupies the end of a cul-de-sac on 2.26 acres of meticulously landscaped gardens and fruit orchards. While the inside of the Hampton’s style main residence is a sight to behold, the property also features a private guest house, a sizable pool house and a four-stall barn building that contains a functional tack room.

Once inside, the home has been painted white from skirting board to ceiling, with timber accents that offer some contrast to the almost blinding interior. The welcoming foyer is double height thanks to a void in the upper level that delivers an immediate sense of scale, which then opens up onto an enormous lounge area and double doors that reveal the lush garden beyond.
The residence has had no expense spared in the features you’ll find inside it, which include a home theatre, chef’s kitchen and a gym, while beyond the outdoor dining area is a custom-built pool to cool off in the summer sun. The listing of this Hidden Hills home by Sylvester Stallone comes after he sold his Beverly Park mansion to Adele earlier this year, for the princely sum of $87 million.
