At least not a hefty one (for someone in his tax bracket). Listed for just US$22.5 million / AU$31.2 million, although its sale at this price would still raise eyebrows and – as noted by several publications – shatter the record set by Matthew Perry’s Century City penthouse sale last year (US$21.6 million / AU$30 million), given:
