Due to the incredible success of its non-official LEGO sets which first hit shelves back in Christmas 2019, Bunnings have not only restocked the original Bunnings Block Warehouse complete with timber yard, plant nursery, drive-in loading area, and even a few obligatory snags to honour the culturally significant sausage sizzle… but announced the release of even more LEGO-style add-ons in the coming few months.
These limited-edition building block collectables will include a series of five different toys for shoppers to take home, all proudly representing the ethos of Bunnings, sporting the nationally recognised logo and all. The first add-on will be of the iconic Bunnings truck – available both in-store and online for just $10.
Each of the remaining four drops will be revealed in their own months, before becoming available to purchase for the exact same price. Currently, the exact form they’ll take remains “top secret”.
“Build your very own Bunnings Warehouse brick by beautiful brick,” reads the official description of the original Bunnings Block Warehouse playset.
“Use these durable building blocks, that are compatible with most other brands, to recreate your favourite warehouse time after time. With 168 easy-to-assemble pieces, it’ll keep kids (and adults) occupied for hours.”
You can cop the base pack for just $30 right now – keep an eye out for the truck starting from the 14th of January, and more in subsequent months.
