Set to be revealed in full at the upcoming Miami International Boat Show next week, the team at Scout Boats has given customers a sneak peek at the all-new Scout 67 LX sport fishing boat. As the largest vessel the American off-shore specialists have ever made, it’ll also be one of the most powerful with no less than five outboard engines capable of some very impressive speeds.
As one of the largest outboard powered fishing boats in the world, the freshly revealed Scout 67 LX series arrives with a quintet of Mercury V12 Verado engines that deliver a combined 3,000ph to the boat. With a projected top speed of 96 km/h and a fast cruising speed of 64 km/h, it won’t just be for quick trips to shallow waters thanks to its impressive range of 800km.
There will be three different options in the Scout 67 LX series, set to contain the 670 LXF (Luxury Fish Model), the 670 LXS (Luxury Sport Model) and the 670 LXC (Luxury Cruiser Model) to round things out, delivering a new benchmark for centre-console fishing in style. While we’ll have to wait till the 15th of February for more details, the latest offering from Scout is guaranteed to be popular with anyone who loves nothing more than a weekend out on the open water.
