IN PARTNERSHIP WITH

Boss Hunting is delighted to announce the revival of its original motoring video series, ‘Lunch Run‘, supported by our longstanding friends at Uber Eats.

Ever since we called time on the partnership you’ve been clawing at our front door asking for its return. Two years later, we now have a quarterly magazine, Uber Eats can unlock almost, almost anything, and the world wants sharp, snackable, and informative car videos on their feed – which is why we’re keeping each episode of this revised format to three minutes or less.

Today, it’s lunch in the form of a spicy salmon roll from Sushi Den in Vaucluse. Next time, it could be groceries, some engine oil, or a six-pack of Friday beers.

Up next is the striking MG Cyberster, a bold move for the iconic brand since its Chinese relaunch. Catch this episode below, and return to this article for every upcoming episode of this season.

Episode Two: MG’s Cyberster Is The Only EV Roadster In Australia

The Cyberster is MG’s boldest move in decades – a fully electric, drop-top roadster that harks back to the brand’s golden era while charging full speed ahead into the future. This is far from both the buyer and offering the automaker has been touting in Australia since it debuted in 2016

It’s got butterfly doors, a striking silhouette, and the promise of sports car thrills without the emissions guilt. But does it all come together, or is it just a flashy experiment? There’s a lot to love… and a lot not to love. All said and done, the MG Cyberster is the only EV roadster on the market in Australia right now. Love it or hate it, it’s your only choice for emissions-free open-top motoring.

Episode One: The New Aston Martin Vantage

@bosshuntingofficial Lunch Run is BACK – first up is this spicy new Aston Martin Vantage that looks like it wants to fight something. #lunchrun #vantage #bosshunting ♬ original sound – Boss Hunting Official

We kick off the new season with the new Aston Martin Vantage. Seven years into its lifecycle, it’s not just received a fresh lick of paint – it’s had a proper Hollywood-grade facelift. It’s got a bigger grille, a meaner stance, and a bit more aggression in the headlights. It’s the kind of car that looks like it wants to fight something, and honestly, that’s exactly the right energy.

But it’s not the right energy for Sydney’s streets… more your local racetrack. So unfortunately, I’d argue this Aston is too brutish to drape itself in the King’s colours. Alas, it’s our chariot for the debut of this new and improved ‘Lunch Run’ series, and we hope you enjoy the new format. Read our standalone review of the new Vantage here.
