Buckle up for the next instalment of our ‘Lunch Run’ video series, where we talk cars, food and a healthy serving of smack.Â
Porsche’s 911 has stood the tests of time for the past 70 years, so it goes without saying they weren’t going to put a foot wrong with the 992 generation that debuted early last year.
Finally, after months of stinging anticipation from John (James was lucky enough to sample it at the national launch last year), we managed to rustle up a seductive Carrera, with this particular car a wonderfully specced version of the German marque’s entry-level 911.
Despite starting at $229,500, the Porsche 911 Carrera in question was a $276,730 example with a striking ‘Gentian Blue Metallic’ no-cost paint option and a host of other goodies. You can say what you like about the options list, sure, but ask any man in the BH office and his answer will be the same: the Porsche 911 Carrera is all the car you’d ever need.
Check out the beauty in its natural habitat below (and alongside one of Sydney’s best ramen joints, Ryo), for episode 19 of Boss Hunting’s ‘Lunch Run’ series.
