This week we take to the wheel of the striking Porsche Macan S in ‘Miami Blue’ – a $5,000 paint option that we secretly love but could never bring ourselves to pay for. Featuring the next-generation Porsche light bar at the rear and enough juice underfoot to keep even the serious Porsche subscribers happy, this mid-sized SUV is indeed a scrummy package overall.
Not as scrummy as our former office lunch staple, though, and Surry Hills institution – Tommy’s Sandwiches (officially known on Google Maps as City Edge Cafe). While John’s cajun chicken wrap doesn’t exactly hit its usual mark, James’ special chicken schnitzel pita wrap does the job justice.
