British automaker, Morgan Motor Company, has officially revealed their new Aero GT sports model at the 88th Geneva Motor Show. This bespoke vehicle with hand finished panels will be extremely limited, with only eight units being produced, and each one being tailored exactly to the customers.
The car is the latest variant of the Aero 8 lineage, and its aesthetic is inspired by race cars of the 60s. A callback to the era, if you will. With functional louvers, restyled wing impressions, and the two-seater arrangement, eight lucky drivers in the world will be cruising in old-school-cool style. Driving dynamics has reportedly been refined to the tee with all-new front and rear suspension introduced through a stiff aluminium chassis.
Additionally, other details of the new Aero GT sports include, “… a roof vent that displays the rear graphic of the tail-light, [enamelled] GT insignia signifying the model variant and individually handmade by a British [jeweller], hand-finished interiors with painted stitching and pinstripe accents, and an expansive selection of wood options.”
Going by the look of this beast, it really is true what they say about the classics never dying.
