Two Dutch YouTubers have raised the bar high for urban exploring, by breaking into an active spaceport to find not one, but two Soviet-era abandoned space shuttles.
The two members of ‘Exploring The Unbeaten Path’ channel dodged security patrols to gain access to the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan.
They stumbled across two shuttles from the Buran space program, which collapsed in 1993 after finances dried up following the crumble of the USSR.
The program’s aim was to build Russia’s first reusable spacecraft, instead, the remnants of which now occupy the defunct bunker in an isolated part of the country.
Not many people’s Instagram game can get any stronger than these snaps. Check out the above video for the full expedition to find the abandoned space shuttles.
