As far as lightweight comfort goes, the adidas ZG21 were praised as some of the best golf shoes on the market, which is why there’s a lot of interest in the recently announced next generation – the adidas ZG23 range – which is offered with either laced or boa secured options. If the Samba OG Golf Kicks from adidas didn’t take your fancy, this new performance-focused line-up could be the only pair you find yourself wearing this year.

Set to be available in two different colourways, solar red and silver metallic, the updated design maintains the lightweight build that makes it ideal for tournaments or competition days, while comfort hasn’t been compromised thanks to the hybrid Lightstrike midsole (also used across adidas’ basketball and athletics collections) and waterproof 50% recycled material upper section. Your feet will stay dry on those dew-heavy early mornings, while the six-cleat Thintech TPU outsole allows for a great range of motion as you move through your swing.

They aren’t the cheapest golf shoes on the market, which is why it might be best to save them for when you need to perform at your best, but with the stability and traction that they offer, the adidas ZG23 shoes certainly won’t be the thing holding you back. The full adidas ZG23 range is set to be available from this Friday the 3rd of March.
