Cobra Golf’s New Driver Innovation Might Finally Fix Your Slice

Few things feel as good as hitting a crisp drive down the fairway, but if you’re having issues with distance or accuracy, the Cobra FutureFit 33 system is here to help your golf game. The recently announced innovation from the American golf brand is an adjustable hosel system that allows you to adjust the loft and lie of your driver, with between +2 and -2 degrees of adjustment in any direction for consistent driving improvement.

Essentially, you’ll find a QR code on every one of the DS-Adapt driver family that takes you to the FutureFit 33 adjustment table, with A1 being the neutral position to see where you’re currently at. Once you’ve got a read on where your ball is going, you can open the table and tinker with the adjustable hosel until you’re hitting pure and true.

“FutureFit33 is a true breakthrough in metalwood fitting,” said Jose Miraflor, VP of Product Architecture and Consumer Connections at Cobra Puma Golf in a statement. “Never before has any hosel system provided 33 unique loft and lie settings that can be adjusted so quickly and easily. 33 settings is more than four times our previous hosel system and more than double our nearest competitor.”

In addition to the impressive adjustability offered by the Cobra FutureFit 33 system, all four of the new DS-Adapt drivers feature Progressive Aero shaping and Cobra’s Adaptive Weighting system. This means you can select the best club for your swing as far as launch angle and ball spin, while also having further adjustments possible via the FutureFit 33 system.
