LIV Golf Adelaide, the Saudi-backed rebel league’s inaugural Australian tournament, will feature a key appearance from yet another major domestic name in addition to Cam Smith: FISHER.
The Grammy-nominated DJ slash producer (real name: Paul Fisher) is set to perform his catalogue of dance hits ranging from ‘Losing It’, ‘You Little Beauty’, to ‘Stop It’ at the fan village’s main stage for the Après Golf Concert
“LIV Golf Adelaide will be a milestone tournament for our league and a can’t-miss event in South Australia,” said LIV Golf Commissioner & CEO Greg Norman.

“We’re eager to deliver our world-class field to a fanbase that deserves the best tournament experience the sport has to offer, and that includes incredible music acts who perform on some of the globe’s biggest stages.”
“We are thrilled to have FISHER headline the concert entertainment for LIV Golf Adelaide and can’t wait to showcase our league to Australians this April, when The Grange will be buzzing with energy all weekend long.”
South Australian Premier Peter Malinauskas added: “Excitement is building for LIV Golf Adelaide which will not only see some of the biggest names in world golf, but also global headline music acts. FISHER will help deliver an exciting atmosphere to this event which promises to deliver millions of dollars in economic activity for our state.”
Additional live acts will also take to the stage throughout the three-day affair with further details still TBA.

The confirmation that South Australia would host LIV Golf’s local debut was an extremely welcome one. The state has been lacking a major golf tournament ever since the women’s Australian Open announced it would be played alongside the men in 2022. And suffice it to say, they’ve been feeling rather unloved.
“I haven’t seen much evidence of the US PGA doing Australian golfing supporters any favours recently,” Premier Malinauskas noted back in September 2022.
“I think it’s about time golf had a bit of a shake-up. So to that end, I wish LIV Golf all the best.”
LIV Golf Adelaide is currently scheduled to take place at the Grange Golf Club from April 21st to 23rd (two weeks after The Masters at Augusta National).
Aside from a cheeky set from FISHER, our very own Cameron Smith, Marc Leishman, and Matt Jones will compete against the likes of A-listers such as Dustin Johnson, Bryson DeChambeau, Brooks Koepka, Sergio Garcia, and Phil Mickelson for a $35 million purse.
