As the anticipation for No Time To Die ramps up, so does the hype from the brands that are paying to be in the 25th James Bond film.
OMEGA dropped Bond’s new timepiece the same night as the theatrical trailer was released, and today high-end eyewear company Barton Perreira has dropped a capsule collection of sunnies that will be worn by Bond in the new film.
There are three different styles of sunglasses (dubbed the ‘Joe,’ ‘Norton’ and ‘Courtier’) that make up the collection, each designed and made by the company along with No Time To Die costume designer Suttirat Anne Larlarb. All three frames are inspired by Bond’s sophisticated look and are worn by Craig and other characters in the film.
“James Bond embodies many things Barton Perreira represents—style, innovation, design and affinity for high quality, luxury items—and we’re proud to see him in our frames,” said Patty Perreira, co-founder and designer of Barton Perreira.
Craig wears two of the three sunnies in the film, rocking the slick-looking black-rimmed Joe ($595) and the chestnut with bottle green lenses Norton sunglasses ($595). The matte dusk Courtier sunglasses ($8640) can be seen on actor Billy Magnussen, who plays a new character known only as Ash.
The Joe and Norton frames sport a 007 logo on the arms and come with a branded 007 case and certificate of authenticity.
The sunnies are available exclusively from 007store.com until late December.
