If you’re like me and missed out on your invite to the Royal Wedding (I imagine it got lost in the mail) don’t fret as you now have the opportunity to own a piece of the historic day. High profile guests David Beckham and wife Victoria have partnered with charity website Omaze to auction off their stunning threads.
The soccer legend and former Spice Girl topped many Royal Wedding best dressed lists with their stylish ensembles. Golden Balls wore a charcoal grey morning suite designed by Kim Jones and paired it with a light grey double-breasted waistcoat, Egyptian cotton poplin shirt, grey silk satin tie and black calfskin leather derbies. He even had his initials “DB” sewn on the inside of his suit jacket in case he lost it after a few too many froths with the Queen.
Singer-turned-fashion designer Victoria looked immaculate in a navy midi dress with a belted neck and split sleeves selected from her upcoming pre-spring/summer 2019 collection. She paired the midi dress with a matching netted hat and bright red-orange shoes.
The money raised from the sale of the two outfits will be donated to the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund, set up to help the families of the Manchester Arena attack in 2017. David expressed his support for the foundation via Instagram, posting a link to the charity along with thanking the fund for “the incredible work” they do.
For you chance to own Beck’s trendy suit and support a fantastic cause head along to Omaze and place a bid.
