A study released by the Luxury Institute this week found that men with high disposable income really love Calvin Klein. Of the 42 high-end menswear brands on the list, including Hermes, Givenchy, and Tom Ford; trusty old Calvin Klein is at the top of the list.
Rounding out the top five are Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss, Burberry, and Giorgio Armani.
The reason Calvin Klein is number one? Name recognition. It’s obvious from this study that the ads of Kendall Jenner and Justin Bieber you see plastered all over the place are seeing some pretty solid results.
To get the results, the Luxury Institute surveyed over 3,900 men from the United States, United Kingdom, China, France, Germany, Italy, and Japan. Goes to show wherever you live, money doesn’t necessarily buy exciting taste.
