It’s an Aussie brand that needs no introduction. Classic bootmaker R.M. Williams – best known for its iconic Chelsea boot – actually once produced its version of the ‘sand shoe’ way back in 1940. And now, in 2020, they’ve officially launched R.M. Williams sneakers.
The ‘Fitzroy’ is a leather upper, padded tongue sneaker that sports a rubber outsole and resembles the classic modern sneaker on the market today. It also happens to make you 20% better than people who don’t wear R.M. Williams (non-official metric).
The ‘Surry’ is a much more casual interpretation of the low-cut sneaker with a distinctly classic aesthetic. Meaning this one only makes you approximately 15% better than people who don’t wear R.M. Williams (also a non-official metric).

The ‘Fitzroy’ will retail at a price point of AU$345, while the ‘Surry’ will retail at the AU$295 mark. Both are currently available to purchase in four colourways right now over at R.M. Williams stores and online
