UPDATE (1/2/23): Tiffany & Co and Nike have unveiled their Air Force 1 Low collaboration with a collection of sterling silver accessories to compliment the shoe. Called the Air Force 1 1837 in reference to the founding year of the New York City jewellery giant, the sneaker is likely to be one of the hottest collaborations of 2023.
Featuring black suede uppers and a contrasting Tiffany blue Swoosh, details abound in the Air Force 1 1837. From the cursive Tiffany embroidered into the tongue of the shoe to the silver hardware on the heel, the two iconic brands haven’t pulled punches with this partnership. Accompanying the sneaker includes sterling silver accessories such as a shoe horn, cleaning brush and an old-school coach whistle. Scheduled to be released on March 7th, the sneakers will cost US$400 (AU$565) and will only be available from Tiffany Flagship Next Door, Tiffany & Co. SoHo and select Nike retailers (as well as the Nike SNKRs app).
ORIGINAL ARTICLE: We aren’t even through January yet, but already Tiffany & Co and Nike could be set to release the hottest collaboration of the year, with confirmation from the New York jeweller that a drop is imminent. Alexandre Arnault, Tiffany’s executive vice president of product and communications posted to Instagram yesterday cementing rumours of an upcoming Tiffany-treated Air Force 1 Low, simply sharing an image of a Nike sneaker box in the recognisable robin’s-egg blue with the words, “A Legendary Pair.”

It’s been nearly two decades since the 2005 launch of the Diamond Supply Co. x Nike SB Dunk Low “Tiffany”, but the luxury jewellery firm and sneaker brand appear to have finally come together for an official collaboration. Whispers of the possible partnership have been circulating in the sneaker community for a couple of weeks now, with leaked images from @unlaces_memphis showing a taste of what might be to come.
Featuring a dark grey suede upper, grained leather Swoosh logo in Tiffany blue and what appears to be a solid bar of 925 silver integrated into the heel of the sneaker, a cursive Tiffany logo can also be found in the tongue. While specifics are yet to be confirmed, it’s understood that the collaborative pair will drop in the northern hemisphere’s spring, with an RRP of US$400 (AU$565). If you snag yourself a pair, they’d match nicely with the Tiffany x Daniel Arsham x Wilson basketball from last year.
