After secretly tying the knot at a New York courthouse in September last year, singer Justin Bieber and his gorgeous wife Hailey Baldwin have said “I do” for a second time. Surrounded by family and friends, the duo had an official ceremony at luxury resort Montage Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, South Carolina.
While you’d think the “What Do You Mean?” and “Love Yourself” singer would celebrate by buying his bride a gift, it turns out the 25-year-old is more concerned about himself, splashing the cash on a vintage Royal Oak from Audemars Piguet.

Purchased from a high-end jeweller in LA, the 39mm yellow gold RO Jumbo (Extra-Thin) Ref.5402BA, dates back to 1977/8, arriving five years after the model’s introduction in 1972. Designed by Gerald Genta, the Royal Oak with its octagonal bezel and integrated bracelet, was a revolutionary release and has since become an icon. Fair play to JB for selecting a connoisseurs timepiece.
Bieber took to Instagram to share his new watch, adding the caption, “Got my self a lil wedding gift” and tagging jeweller Jadelle Beverly Hills.
While nobody is quite sure what Biebs forked out for this vintage watch, you can currently purchase the same model online for a touch under $100K, so assume Bieber paid a similar price or copped a healthy discount for the shoutout!
