World-renowned luxury brand Montblanc has recently opened its seventh domestic boutique location at Melbourne’s Chadstone Mall. Delivering an immersive and multi-sensory retail experience this beautifully designed store mixes a black and white colourway with wooden fixtures in an eye-catching environment that displays only Montblanc’s finest pieces.
For over 100 years, Montblanc has been at the forefront of luxury writing instruments, watches, jewellery and leather goods. The German company’s detailed craftsmanship and passion for perfection are inspired by its reputation and mantra as the “Maison of Fine Lifetime Companions.”
The boutique itself is influenced by three main design themes; cursive handwriting, Montblanc’s famous emblem and the companies passion for artistry. Each theme is on display in the collections on offer, including two ultra-exclusive timepieces.
The Boheme ExoTourbillon Jewellery Motif Serpent is a dazzling watch available in a choice of 18K red gold or 18K white gold featuring a serpent as the centre motif. It’s adorned with 51 blue, rose and purple gemstones and is coloured various shades of purple. You’ll find this unique piece retailing in-store for $72,770.
The other exclusive offering is the Heritage Rouge & Noir Spider Metamorphosis. Inspired by classic fountain pens of the past this deluxe writing tool is made from Ag 925 sterling silver with a spider’s web down the pen’s side. It also includes a 750 gold nib with special embossing and two red rubies for the spider’s eyes. This bad boy will set you back a cool $49,000.
