The various design-led QT hotels across Australia are now letting you and your mates get โFloorโdโ โ that is, book an entire floor, tapping into the growing demand for experience-based stays with something you donโt often see from five-star properties.
Designed for anywhere from 15 to 40 people, QT Hotels Floorโd is a new offering which has centrally located properties in Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, and the Gold Coast, each one providing groups with complete privacy to run around and curate rooms however theyโd like (among other things).
A dedicated team of hosts will work to shape the experience based on your preferences, whether that means turning one room into a dedicated gin bar while the opposite room hosts a mini putt-putt course, or having different DJs in each space with different themes like โGatsbyโ and โBondโ.

The offering comes in three different tiers for each of the properties which dictates the type of rooms you can access, as well as how much freedom you have to curate your own experiences. The top-tier at QT Sydney, for example, nets you an overnight stay on level 10, inclusive of both of their high-end State Suites, as well as whatever your imagination can come up with (within reason). The staff then make it happen โ but youโd need to have at least 10 guests (20 max).
All tiers include VIP drinks on arrival and a โhallway dinnerโ curated by each QT propertyโs culinary teams, focusing on seasonal and locally sourced produce, as well as themed cocktails shaken up especially for the experience. Each Floorโd guest staying overnight will also be treated to a morning-after breakfast and some wellness punch to sort out the inevitable hangovers.
