This Club In Miami Is Charging $300,000 To Pop Bottles During F1 Weekend

We’ve seen some ridiculous prices pop up during Formula One races around the world before, particularly for the forthcoming Las Vegas F1 debut with the cost of accommodation soaring to an unfathomable degree. Yet, we didn’t expect to see something as outrageous as a club charging $300,000 just for bottle service and food.

Yet, that’s exactly what this Miami nightclub is doing for F1 weekend in May, putting up the jaw-dropping price tag for those who want to celebrate in style while in town for the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix.

The city’s E11even Club is responsible for the most egregious price-gouging we’ve seen thus far for an F1 event. Across the weekend, the space – one of Miami’s most prestigious clubs – will be playing host to performances from DJ Snake, Rick Ross, deadmau5 and Tiesto, with table packages starting from US$5,000 (AU$7,457) and zooming all the way up to $200,000 (AU$298,318) for velvet-rope access in the club’s apparent best area.

Yes, it was clear that the second-ever Miami Grand Prix would be an expensive endeavour with almost every average Joe priced out of the event’s most exclusive experiences. Yet something like this is almost comically expensive compared to how much value it offers. The pinnacle table package will include the highest tier of food and beverage all night long but it’s hard to see how it’d be worth it over, say, the third most expensive option.

F1 weekend Miami is revving up to be a bit of a playground for the rich and famous to rub shoulders with celebrities and F1 drivers. Ticketing marketplace Seat Unique, for example, is offering meet-and-greet packages with F1 drivers coupled with track tours for as much as US$16,000 (AU$23,861).

There’s also a bunch of invite-only events being planned across the weekend, from Laffite Automobili’s private launch of five new EVs to a brunch and shopping event with brands like Dolce & Gabbana, Ralph Lauren and IWC Schaffhausen.
