The Boeing 747 was introduced at the pinnacle of air travel, when flying's novelty was complemented by a classic era of luxury bars and restaurants aboard the Queen of the Skies.

Those fortunate enough would experience first class service on the 747's upper deck, personal favourites of ours being American Airlines' 'Piano Bar' and Air India's odd uniform choice.
